- To help people communities irrespective of their caste and creed in marching towards better health, literacy and socio-economic standards on sustainable way of living.
- To enable the weaker sections of the community to identify their needs, problems and causes to make endeavors to overcome them.
- To initiate the welfare programmes through training, exposure and other activities for the poor illiterate, and disabled people, in the process strengthening the community, the vulnerable mass among the youth, aged, women and children will be central focus in any development programme.

G.S.K.S. since its inception has been working for the upliftment of the disadvantaged communities of the Gajapati District of Orissa and Srikakulam District of Andhra Pradesh. All most all the basic facilities are lacking such as health services, education, drinking water, and employment opportunities in this area. Looking these problems G.S.K.S. has come into existence to fight against these problems and to provide basic facilities to the needy people.
